Return Policy

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of being Delivered for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or tampered vials, and broken or damaged products not due to our error.

Procedure:

  • Contact our customer service at support@Biopeptidex.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • A return shipping label can be provided upon request.

Refunds:

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Policy

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If the product is returned due to a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. An additional flat rate of $10 will be charged for re-delivery if the address provided is incorrect.

Shipping Times:
Estimated shipping times may vary based on the location and carrier service. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, BiopeptideX cannot control or guarantee specific delivery times. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We recommend that customers track their orders using the provided tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

Signature Required for Delivery:
As an added perk to ensure you receive your order, all BiopeptideX shipments require a signature upon delivery. This measure provides additional security and confirmation that your order has been delivered directly to you.

Partial Refunds:
A partial refund may be issued for products returned not in their original condition, with missing parts, or if only a portion of the product is returned. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition and completeness of the returned items.

Delivery Issues:
If a package is delayed or rerouted due to carrier issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. BiopeptideX will not be responsible for delays or errors caused by the carrier. In cases where the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. While we strive to process and deliver orders to USPS within 1-2 days, processing times may extend due to high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
BiopeptideX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. We can assist you in this process if needed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as necessary. Please retain all packaging and documentation for the return process.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Customer Responsibility:
By placing an order with BiopeptideX, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information, including shipping addresses and contact details. BiopeptideX is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
